These training modules offer exceptional and up-to-date information for teacher or paraprofessional training as well as parent training.  I use these resources in my Early Childhood teacher preparation courses to help my students learn about health and nutrition issues.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock includes all the training modules as well as the HIP on Health Parent Information Series in the College of Education curriculum lab.  Having these materials available in both English and Spanish provides our future teachers with ideas of materials to use with Spanish speaking families.  I recommend these modules to anyone looking for health and safety training resources.
