A Whole Health Curriculum for Young Children


This book makes health an interactive, fun part of the curriculum with hundreds of fascinating activities.

It is our goal to provide accurate information and effective resource materials to promote the health and safety of young children, birth through age 8, and to offer resources for family education.  We offer up-to-date training modules, curricula, classroom resource books, and children's activities.  Our resources are used by child care health consultants and other trainers in a variety of settings, such as center- and family-based child care, Head Start, Department of Defense community services programs, pre-K and kindergarten programs, family readiness groups, child development centers, and teacher preparation programs.

Nutrition Activities in the Classroom &
Healthy Eating and Young Children

Help teachers incorporate nutrition education in their daily lesson plan by demonstrating fun and safe food and cooking activities for children.  Nutritional Activities in the Classroom content covers healthy eating habits, family style meal service, safety issues, food preferences, and eating habits.  Involve and motivate participants with food, fun, and hands-on activities!
