Am Amazing is a health education kit filled with hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities all centered on
a child's total well being. Through these experiences,
preschoolers and kindergartners learn about health concepts and
also develop independent thinking, problem solving, decision
making, cooperation, communication, and motor skills – all of
the developmental skills you want for young children while
learning about health and safety!

Am Amazing is built around nine teaching units that utilize five
learning centers: Creative Arts, Dramatic Play, Language Arts,
Science & Discovery, and Table Games. Topics include: My
Amazing Body; My Five Senses; Amazing Me (self-esteem); Our
Families and Friends; My Feelings and Yours; Healthy Habits;
Healthy Foods; Safety First; and, Safe at Home.
